Job Title: ESL Teacher

Location: Benguerir, Morocco

Position Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging ESL lesson plans that cater to the needs of students at various proficiency levels.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to language learning.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate language skills into cross-curricular activities.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and program initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, ESL, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification and/or ESL certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.).
• Experience teaching ESL to diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and assessment practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
