Education Development Company (EDC) Morocco is seeking passionate and qualified English teachers for kindergarten levels to join its growing network of schools across Casablanca. Position Overview:

As a Kindergarten English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and language-rich learning environment for young children. Your role will focus on early language acquisition, emotional development, and foundational learning through play-based and interactive approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate English lessons to kindergarten students (ages 3–6).

• Use songs, stories, games, and creative activities to promote early language learning and social-emotional growth.

• Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.

• Monitor student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

• Collaborate with school staff and administrators to align with school policies and curriculum goals.

• Communicate regularly with families to support student development and well-being.

• Participate in EDC-led training sessions and contribute to ongoing professional learning communities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

• Teaching experience with young children (preferably in an English-immersion or bilingual environment).

• Strong command of English (spoken and written); native or near-native fluency is preferred.

• Understanding of early childhood development and best teaching practices.

• Patience, creativity, and a warm, engaging personality.

• Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and multilingual school settings.
