The American Cultural Association (ACA) is one of Morocco’s leading providers of English language education, employing over 500 teachers and 200 administrative staff across its network of American Language Centers. The American Language Center of Rabat (ALC Rabat) is home to approximately 80 English language instructors and 25 administrative and support staff, serving a diverse community of learners of all ages and proficiency levels.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified English Language Teachers for full-time, part-time, and hourly (vacataire) positions to join our dynamic and multicultural team.

About the Role

Successful candidates will teach English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to children, teenagers, and adults in a communicative, student-centered learning environment. Opportunities are available throughout the academic year, with the majority of recruitment taking place in preparation for the September intake.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• A TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent internationally recognized English language teaching certification.
• Preference will be given to certifications comprising at least 120 contact hours, including a supervised teaching practicum and reflective feedback component.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to student success and professional excellence.
• The ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

For foreign nationals seeking a Moroccan work permit, a minimum of two years of verifiable teaching experience is generally required.

• Experience teaching young learners, adolescents, and/or adults.
