Khalil Gibran School Rabat (KGSR) is seeking to appoint an HR Assistant to join immediately.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The HR Assistant is mainly responsible for:<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in processing payroll for employees accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain payroll records and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related administrative matters.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate with the HR team to ensure payroll data integrity and resolve discrepancies.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel files, drafting correspondence, and scheduling appointments.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that the organization has the right people in the right roles to achieve its goals and objectives effectively.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to the successful integration of new employees.<\/p>\n

Academic training desired<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Diploma from specialist HR schools<\/p>\n

Expected experience<\/strong>
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least two years’ experience in a similar position,
