Education Development Company (EDC) Morocco<\/strong> is seeking passionate and qualified English teachers for kindergarten levels<\/strong> to join its growing network of schools across Casablanca. EDC is dedicated to promoting high-quality education in Morocco by providing schools with skilled educators, innovative methodologies, and ongoing professional support.<\/p>\n

Position Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As a Kindergarten English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and language-rich learning environment for young children. Your role will focus on early language acquisition, emotional development, and foundational learning through play-based and interactive approaches.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate English lessons to kindergarten students (ages 3\u20136).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Use songs, stories, games, and creative activities to promote early language learning and social-emotional growth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with school staff and administrators to align with school policies and curriculum goals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Communicate regularly with families to support student development and well-being.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Participate in EDC-led training sessions and contribute to ongoing professional learning communities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Teaching experience with young children (preferably in an English-immersion or bilingual environment).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong command of English (spoken and written); native or near-native fluency is preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Understanding of early childhood development and best teaching practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Patience, creativity, and a warm, engaging personality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and multilingual school settings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
