To support British Council Morocco’s Teaching Centres in the delivery of its Young Learner (YL) programme by maintaining a child safe environment through the effective supervision of learners, consistent application of British Council policy and procedure regarding Child Protection & Child Safety, responding effectively to first level customer queries in the Teaching Centre and completing administrative tasks that support the general operations of the YL programme.

You will get training and experience in data and admin procedures, including using Excel and Word, managing inventories and resources, and working closely with colleagues from the teaching and customer services team.
The Hourly paid Teaching Centre team works according to business needs. The post will regularly require evening work and may occasionally require a split shift.

The work rota and schedules will change according to business needs.
This is not a teacher or teaching assistant position. TCAs are occasionally asked to supervise classes in the absence of a teacher, but they do not teach or work with students in the classroom during lessons.
