Science Laboratory Assistant Full Time

POSITION:

Upper School Science Laboratory Assistant

Reports To: Science Department Head

KEY JOB TASKS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Taking out and putting back equipment and supplies for laboratory experiments in Biology, Chemistry and Physics laboratories.
• Cleaning Chemistry and Biology laboratory glassware and equipment
• Coordinating with Science Department for laboratory experiments
• Care of all laboratory equipment
• Making solutions and all preparations for experimentations
• Controlling science equipment inventory

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preference for a bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry.
• Preference for experience working in science laboratories.
• Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal) oriented self-starter.
• Fluent in English
