Human Resources Coordinator Full Time

KEY JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-
  to-date and in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings,
  screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide information about HR
  policies and procedures.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all
  required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
  (staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, Extra
  Hours, unpaid and paid leaves, etc.)
• Communicate with HR Partners when necessary
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Assist the HR Manager in sourcing candidates when requested
• Secure all administrative paperwork for new staff including Work Permits,
  Residency Cards, banking, etc.
• Managing Foreign hire staff and local staff medical insurance enrollment
• Follow up on medical claims for all staff with the Local Insurance
• Perform other tasks as assigned​

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in Human Resources Management.
• Good communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
