Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage secondary school students during study hall periods, ensuring a focused and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Uphold and enforce school policies and study hall rules with a balance of fairness and firmness.
• Foster positive relationships with students while maintaining appropriate boundaries and authority.
• Provide guidance and support to students, encouraging responsibility, self-discipline, and effective time management.
• Address behavioral issues promptly and professionally, promoting accountability and mutual respect.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor student progress and behavior.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience working with adolescents, preferably in an educational or supervisory setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students while maintaining authority.
• Ability to enforce rules and expectations consistently and fairly.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a structured environment.
• Relevant qualifications in education, youth work, or related fields are desirable.
